chrisWHERE!?

March 24th, 2009

As you may have noticed, I have all but completely abandoned this blog in lieu of keeping friends and family updated through other social networking tools such as Twitter and Facebook.  From time to time I’ll hopefully update christhis.com with something useful!

If you’re wondering what I’ve been up to, well it’s been family, work, and my weekend passion of hosting and producing my own TV show called MOTORZ which can be seen on TiVo, iTunes, Zune, the motorz.tv website, and 20+ other places.  It’s an automotive DIY show and is doing extremely well!  A new episode comes out every two weeks. I love the educational/instructional format and evidently so do others!

So please check me out at MOTORZ TV!

My first podcast: Hello world!

November 27th, 2007

Can you hear me now? This is my first podcast!

I hope to do some podcasting now that I have figured it out… audio as well as video. Stay tuned to this channel for more goofy stuff.

And yes, this even works on the iPhone, just click the Download link, since the cool little Flash audio player doesn’t work on iPhones.

There has to be an easier way to do audio podcasting, however. To make this one happen I had to record a new audio file, then convert it to MP3 using iTunes (not a simple task), then upload the MP3 file to christhis.com, then post a blog that references it. I have to believe that someone out there has a hosted solution that makes this process simple.
