We have two outdated aircards that are still in service and are virtually UNLIMITED USE. Well, they changed over our contract and left these two AIRCARDS hanging out there by themselves, then canceled them and now are threatening to turn us over to collections on them. Well, we have NINE other lines and we are prepared to file an FCC complaint concerning this matter. They are just trying to dickey doo us out of our limited AIRCARDS. No dice. I suggest finding a store in your area. They tend to be a bit more proactive about resolving issues when you are yelling at them about their shitty service and there are other customers in the store looking to buy phones and plans for the first time from them.
